The third Monday of each month I run an online 21 Day Fix Accountability group. It consists of 5-10 participants and is run through a closed Facebook group. The missing link in success is ACCOUNTABILITY. The group offers not only accountability and support, but we also share fitness tips, nutrition tips, and 21 Day Fix approved recipes. Everyone motivates and encourages one another. It is a safe environment to ask questions and receive support during your 21 Day Fix journey.
