5 Day Challenge Event Banner

What is the #1 thing preventing the majority of people from reaching their health and fitness goals?  It’s eating habits! If you didn’t already know, weight loss and even good health is determined by what you eat.  With all the information out there about what’s ‘good’ and what’s ‘bad’, it’s no wonder that people get lost or just give up.  That is why I have decided to hold monthly FREE 5 day clean eating accountability groups.  This is a PRIVATE Facebook group gathering like minded people together who have the same goal of living healthy.  It involves eating real food, a 5 day meal plan WITH recipes, a grocery list, ME as your FREE coach, and a group for motivation and support.
