Good Books!

Your mental health is just as important as your physical health.  It’s claimed that ‘you are what you think’.  If that’s true (and I believe it is), why not feed your mind the right ‘fuel’ to be the best YOU that you can be?  I challenge you to read 10 pages of a good book every day and see where it gets you.  You may not think 10 pages will make a big difference, but I promise you if you keep at it, you (and others) WILL see a change.  Here are some that I have read and recommend in no particular order.  “Change your thoughts and you change your world” ~Norman Vincent Peale
