I used to dread exercise! I thought that’s just the way it was…something you just did to be fit.  I since learned that exercise is way more than just having a fit body. It makes you have a sharp, fit mind as well and it’s FUN!  Find your ‘Soul Mate’ workout. You may have to try some things more than once, but it’s worth it to find something you love to do. Try something several times, but if you’re not having fun, find something different! Don’t let people make you believe you need to be a runner or need to be a lifter if you absolutely dread it every day.  Balance, pushing yourself, and having fun is key.  I would love to help you find a workout that you truly enjoy!
