Nutrition is a huge thing holding people back from reaching their health and fitness goals.  You can exercise all you want, but if you’re eating junk all day you won’t be reaching your goals very fast…if ever.  I know that when I started researching clean eating and started working on my nutrition, it changed everything.  That’s when the weight really started dropping off and I started feeling so much better. This has become my passion…sharing that healthy food can be delicious and easy to prepare.  I LOVE FOOD!
